INSTID does not collect any personal data via its website whatsoever. We do not use website cookies either.

- Educational, employment, or other professional information

INSTID may use your personal data for the purpose of analysis and arriving conclusions about the nature and character of local, regional, or national identity.
We may request to use interview phrases and quotations as evidence in support of our conclusions, in an anonymised form. Such phrases and quotations may also be appropriate for communication materials (such as reporting or advertisement). Should we or our clients want to use your quotations with personal attribution, we will contact you to obtain your consent.

The security, integrity, and confidentiality of your information is important to us. We have implemented technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification. Please be aware that, although we strive to keep your personal data secure, no security measures are absolute.

- To the client for monitoring, reporting and quality control purposes. Interview records will be anonymised or pseudonymised with the name of the interviewees removed.
- For the purposes of defending or prosecuting in any legal proceedings.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to for the purposes above and as necessary to comply with legal requirements and obligations.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to request that audio recording is switched off at any time or for the duration of interview. You may also refuse to have your photo or video taken.
